Nice stay with a few bumps

Had a cute room and the staff was friendly. We had to wait a while for our ride, and cleaning crew showed up early, which felt a bit off. The breakfast was great though, really hit the spot! Just kinda wished we were informed better about the late checkout. Still, a solid place overall.

I had a lovely stay at San Juan Motel. Clean room with a charming vibe, super friendly staff always ready to help. However, the kitchenette lacked basic dishes, which made cooking a bit challenging. Overall, a cozy spot close to town. I'd recommend it!

The room was really clean and had a comfy queen bed. It had a little kitchen area with a microwave and fridge, which was handy. Plus, the wifi worked perfectly. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but everything was in good shape. Just a heads up though, there were no dishes in the kitchenette, so you might want to bring some if you plan to cook.

However, a misunderstanding regarding the return of the deposit left me feeling a bit uneasy, as the communication could have been clearer. While the area felt safe and was conveniently located near restaurants, the late checkout situation was frustrating and affected my overall impression.

It was just an ideal choice for a brief retreat in Anacortes with reasonable price. The staff handled a noisy couple beautifully, which I appreciated. Be careful with your deposit, as they might try to keep part.
